Position Overview
As the Account Director at Crown and Conquer, you will lead the delivery of high-impact, holistic end-to-end marketing campaigns. We are looking for a strategic powerhouse who can oversee the entire consumer journey—from initial brand awareness to final conversion. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure that every touchpoint in a campaign is cohesive, data-driven, and aligned with our clients' most ambitious business objectives.
Reporting into the General Manager of Crown + Conquer, the ideal candidate is a self-starter with leadership instincts with the ability to actively manage competing priorities while always remaining composed under pressure. The Executive Producer must be a strategic thinker — decisive and comfortable managing multiple tasks and delegating while working within a fast-paced environment.
Essential Functions
Strategic Campaign Leadership
- Lead the development and execution of holistic marketing strategies that integrate digital, social, traditional media, and content into a single, seamless narrative.
- Serve as the primary strategic partner for senior-level clients, providing deep industry insights and proactive business solutions.
- Translate complex client briefs into comprehensive, 360-degree campaign roadmaps that account for every stage of the marketing funnel.
Holistic End-to-End Delivery
- Own the full campaign lifecycle, ensuring that strategy, creative, media, and production departments are working in perfect harmony.
- Audit all campaign deliverables to ensure they meet high standards for quality and strategic intent before they go live.
- Identify and mitigate potential bottlenecks in the production process to ensure all holistic campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
Financial Stewardship & Growth
- Manage the P&L for a portfolio of accounts, ensuring maximum profitability through efficient resource allocation and rigorous budget management.
- Develop detailed Scopes of Work (SOWs) and staffing plans for complex, multi-channel initiatives.
- Identify organic growth opportunities by identifying gaps in a client's current marketing mix where the agency can provide additional value.
Team Development & Management
- Directly manage and mentor a team of Account Managers and Specialists, fostering a culture of accountability and "big picture" problem-solving.
- Lead high-stakes presentations and campaign post-mortems, clearly communicating ROI and performance data to stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years in an integrated marketing agency, with a focus on holistic, multi-channel campaigns.
- Portfolio: Proven success in launching end-to-end campaigns for national or global brands.
- Analytical Skill: Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights that inform future creative and strategic directions.
- Leadership: Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams (Creative, Media, Strategy, and Tech).
